In addition to holding a Master's Degree in Social Work, an LCSW must complete 3000 clinical hours and have 150 hours of clinical supervision before passing a clinical exam in the state of Arizona.  

A typical counseling session with Jim lasts just under an hour , although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on clinical circumstances.
