We begin with a casual chat and clinical assessment. We can work on immediate concerns right away while we explore your unique needs.

Anything that is new or pushes us out of our comfort zone is going to be more difficult. Whether you are new to counseling or trying it again, I urge you to commit to meeting three times before deciding if the therapist is a good fit. If I'm not the right therapist for you, commit to three visits with your next one too.
