Outpatient therapy is done by telehealth on a secure and confidential platform. A link to the session can be sent to each person who will attend. This way of having therapy is effective but also convenient.
We begin with a casual but professional clinical assessment. We can work on immediate concerns right away. A good therapist is not judgemental.
Life can look and feel complex, overwhelming. But all of the moving parts have a core and a connection. Identify the parts, evaluate, restructure and validate. The parts have a purpose, and that purpose is you.

Anything that is new is more difficult than what is our habit; what is comfortable. If you are new to counseling, set a goal of coming three times, and take it from there. If you have had counseling in the past and it didn't work out, same advice, come three times....
A person's health and well being appears in their relationships with others like a boss, or a spouse, or a child. Or perhaps it is a "square peg in a round hole" sense in life. Our anxiety creates concerns and our concerns create anxiety. Individual therapy will work for this.
Some couples have experiences that they want to understand before the go to the next level of commitment. Some persons feel isolated in their relationship even though everybody is in the same room. Some persons have left the relationship only to learn that they wish they could have stayed. Some persons want pre-divorce or separation therapy. All couples are welcome.
Family dynamics usually need outside assistance to become balanced and happy. It will take individual work with members and then work done all together.
The preference are in-person appointments. From time to time a person needs to be at home, or can't connect in-person. I am prepared to connect with you via teletherapy which is secure and private.
